Yes. Members get 24/7 access, 365 days a year. Once you are set up, you can train any hour of the day or night at our Plainview St location in Southeast Houston. Staff are on site Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Our team is here Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Stop by during those hours to claim a free pass, to sign up, or to get your 24/7 access set up. Outside those hours the gym is still open to members.

Monthly is $65.00/mo with a one-time $65.00 sign-up fee. Prefer to pay up front? 12 months is $745.00 with no sign-up fee, and 6 months is $420.00 with no sign-up fee. Day passes are $15.00.
